About the Role: As Hims & Hers expands its international Operations network, we're looking for a Regional HR Manager to serve as the strategic People partner for UK Operations. Partnering closely with regional and site leadership, you'll help build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capability, and establish the People practices that enable Operations to scale. Working alongside the existing UK People organization, you'll combine local employment expertise with Hims' Operations People model to support a fast-growing business. This is an opportunity to help build the People foundations for Hims & Hers' growing UK Operations network.

You Will:

  • Partner with UK Operations leaders to build the organization, leadership capability, and People practices needed to support a growing business.
  • Partner closely with the existing UK People team to combine local expertise with Hims' Operations People model, creating a seamless experience for leaders and employees.
  • Coach leaders through performance, employee relations, organizational change, and day-to-day leadership challenges using practical, business-focused judgment.
  • Identify operational and people risks early, helping leaders make timely decisions and solve problems before they become larger issues.
  • Establish practical, scalable People practices that enable the business to grow while aligning with UK employment legislation and local ways of working.
  • Use workforce data, operational insight, and business priorities to influence decisions around staffing, organizational design, and workforce planning.
  • Build strong partnerships across Operations, UK People, Legal, and global Centers of Excellence to remove roadblocks and enable business outcomes.
  • Continuously improve how the People function supports UK Operations by simplifying processes, removing complexity, and building scalable ways of working.
  • Represent UK Operations within the broader People organization, influencing programs, policies, and priorities to support a growing business.

You Have:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including significant experience supporting Operations, manufacturing, fulfillment, pharmacy, logistics, or other fast-paced operational environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation and demonstrated experience navigating employee relations matters with sound judgment and a practical, business-focused approach.
  • Experience partnering with senior business leaders to solve complex organizational and people challenges in a growing business.
  • Experience building or scaling People practices, processes, or organizational capability within a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Proven ability to influence decisions, build trusted relationships, and work effectively across multiple functions and levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to balance employee experience, operational needs, and business priorities.
  • Excellent judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt as the business evolves.
  • Experience leading, developing, or mentoring HR professionals is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
