- Coach leaders through performance, employee relations, organizational change, and day-to-day leadership challenges using practical, business-focused judgment.
- Identify operational and people risks early, helping leaders make timely decisions and solve problems before they become larger issues.
- Establish practical, scalable People practices that enable the business to grow while aligning with UK employment legislation and local ways of working.

- Build strong partnerships across Operations, UK People, Legal, and global Centers of Excellence to remove roadblocks and enable business outcomes.
- Continuously improve how the People function supports UK Operations by simplifying processes, removing complexity, and building scalable ways of working.
- Represent UK Operations within the broader People organization, influencing programs, policies, and priorities to support a growing business.
You Have:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including significant experience supporting Operations, manufacturing, fulfillment, pharmacy, logistics, or other fast-paced operational environments.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation and demonstrated experience navigating employee relations matters with sound judgment and a practical, business-focused approach.
- Experience partnering with senior business leaders to solve complex organizational and people challenges in a growing business.
- Experience building or scaling People practices, processes, or organizational capability within a rapidly evolving environment.
- Proven ability to influence decisions, build trusted relationships, and work effectively across multiple functions and levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to balance employee experience, operational needs, and business priorities.
- Excellent judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt as the business evolves.
- Experience leading, developing, or mentoring HR professionals is preferred.
