Hims & Hers is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Complaint Specialist to support our UK Superintendent Pharmacist and Quality teams across two connected areas of our pharmacy operation: triage, submission to suppliers, trending and investigation of quality complaints for dispensed medicines and non-sterile specials. This role ensures MHRA expectations and internal PQS standards are met.
You will log and triage complaints, perform investigations with root-cause and CAPA, maintain GDP-compliant.
