- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams
- Direkte Berichterstattung an den Abteilungsleiter
- Tägliche Erstellung der Teamboard-Unterlagen gemäß den festgelegten Standards
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungspotenzialen
- Prüfung der Verfügbarkeit von Mitarbeitenden, Materialien und Anlagen
- Überwachung von Engpassmaschinen und dringenden Teilen
Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre) oder mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil. Erfahrung in der CNC-Zerspanung wünschenswert. Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit. Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. Niveau B1). Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität. Verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Werkstoffen – stets unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
