Responsibilities
- Disposition und Bestellabwicklung von Fremdbearbeitungen / verlängerte Werkbank inkl. Terminplanung und Koordination mit Lieferanten
- Ăśberwachung der Liefertermine und enge Abstimmung mit Produktionsplanung und Fertigung
- Pflege und Wartung der Mengen im System sowie Bearbeitung von Mengenreklamationen bei abweichenden Wareneingängen
- Verwaltung von Packmitteln (Gitterboxen, Euro-Paletten, Aufsatzrahmen) und Organisation des Transportmanagements
- Koordination logistischer Abläufe, um einen reibungslosen Produktionsfluss sicherzustellen
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene fachliche Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, HAK, HBLW) und technisches Verständnis
- Erfahrung im Einkauf oder in der Disposition von Vorteil; Branchenkenntnisse erwĂĽnscht
- Kaufmännisches Interesse, Zahlenaffinität und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Systemen (MS Office; BIOS 2000 von Vorteil)
- Verhandlungssicher, professionell und teamorientiert
- Kommunikationsstark, aufgeschlossen und freundlich im Umgang mit Menschen
- Belastbar & stressresistent – du behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick
