Aufgaben:
- Erstellen von CNC-Bearbeitungsprogrammen (TopSolid/DIN-ISO)
- Simulation der erstellten Programme
- Ausarbeiten von Bearbeitungsstrategien
- Auswahl der Werkzeuge und Spannmittel
- Fallweise Unterstützung bei Rüsttätigkeiten
- Eigenständige Analyse und Korrektur bei auftretenden Fehlern
- Laufende Optimierung von Programmen, Werkzeugen und Vorrichtungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Maschineneinsteller, Abteilungsleiter und Konstruktion
Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossene Metallfacharbeiterausbildung (vorzugsweise Zerspanungstechniker/in) oder HTL-Abschluss im Bereich Maschinenbau
- Berufserfahrung und gute Kenntnisse im Bereich CNC-Zerspannung
- Fundierte Programmierkenntnisse und Erfahrung mit einem externen CAD/CAM-Systems
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie selbstständige, genaue und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Die Steuerungen Siemens- und Traub sind Ihnen bekannt
- Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten
Diese Position ist mit einem Bruttolohn ab € 3.800,00 für 38,5 Wochenstunden dotiert. Je nach Qualifikationen und Erfahrung ist eine entsprechende Überzahlung vorgesehen.
