Verantwortlichkeiten & Qualifikationen
- Selbständige Bearbeitung der laufenden Geschäftsfälle & Finanzbuchhaltung inkl. Kostenstellen
- Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Fakturierung von Lieferscheinen und Kassaverwaltung
- Rechnungsprüfung und –verbuchung; Pflege und Abstimmung der Konten
- Erstellung und Übermittlung von Meldungen an Behörden (z.B. UVAs, ZMs, INTRASTAT)
- Abstimmung und Kontenklärung der Lieferanten-, Kunden- und anderen Konten
- Planung und DurchfĂĽhrung des Zahlungsverkehrs im In- und Ausland
- Allgemeine Verwaltungsaufgaben
- Abgeschlossene BuchhalterprĂĽfung
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich (idealerweise in der Metallbranche)
- Sehr guter Umgang mit BMD NTCS & MS-Office
- Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Strukturiertheit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Zahlenaffinität
- Belastbarkeit und Organisationsstärke sowie hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
- Beharrlichkeit in der Zielverfolgung und Freude an der Arbeit mit Zahlen
