If you're great at building relationships, converting enquiries and keeping operations running smoothly, you'll thrive at Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre. We're a busy 4-star hotel with 12 event spaces, two stunning canal-side terraces and an unbeatable location less than five minutes from Piccadilly Station. We're now looking for a Senior Events & Groups Executive to help grow our Meetings & Events business while also overseeing Groups and Reservations.
What You Will Do:
- Lead & Coordinate: Oversee the day-to-day running of the Events, Groups & Reservations Office. Ensure seamless coordination and communication between all three areas.
- Sales & Conversion: Convert Meetings & Events enquiries into confirmed bookings. Handle group enquiries and reservations, maximising conversion and revenue. Deliver confident, engaging show-rounds that sell our spaces and services.
- Supervision & Service: Supervise, coach and support the Events, Groups & Reservations team. Maintain high standards of accuracy, communication and guest care. Support individual reservations when required.
- Event & Group Handling: Take the lead on key conferences, weddings and other events.
