We’re a busy 4-star hotel in a prime city‑centre location, and we’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to support the delivery of our proactive sales strategy, maximise revenue opportunities and act as a key ambassador for our brand.
What You’ll Do
- Commercial & Sales Delivery
- Support the smooth running of the Sales & Marketing department, ensuring proactive sales activity drives total hotel revenue
- Take ownership of assigned market segments, accounts and initiatives
- Deliver results through a hands‑on, methodical and business‑focused approach
- Take the lead on the hotel’s social media activity, ensuring content supports brand positioning, engagement and commercial objectives
- Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and internal stakeholders
- Respond confidently and professionally to enquiries, identifying opportunities and solutions
- Act as a visible ambassador for the hotel, brand and company values
- Collaboration & Performance
- Work closely with the Head of Department to achieve productivity and performance targets
- Collaborate with Operations and wider hotel teams to maximise guest satisfaction
