What You’ll Do
- Sales Support & Activity
- Support proactive sales initiatives across key market segments
- Assist with handling enquiries, proposals and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records, systems and sales activity tracking
- Support and manage the hotel’s social media channels, creating engaging content that promotes the hotel, drives awareness and supports sales activity
- Client & Guest Engagement
- Build positive relationships with clients, agents and partners
- Deliver a responsive, solutions-focused approach to enquiries
- Represent the hotel professionally at all times
- Collaboration & Learning
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to support revenue targets
