What You’ll Do
- Guest Services & Reception
- Greet and assist guests arriving late or departing early
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently

- Night Operations & Security
- Monitor hotel safety and security throughout the night
- Ensure all areas are secure and report any incidents promptly
- Support Operations by assisting with night audits and reporting
- Administration & Accuracy
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservations
- Process payments, invoices, and other administrative tasks
- Communicate important information to the daytime team to ensure smooth handovers
