The Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre is looking for F&B Assistants to join our diverse, energetic team. Consistently outperforming brand expectations, we are looking for driven individuals to join in with our success.
What you’ll be doing:
- Offering excellent customer service across breakfast, lunch, dinner & on our award winning terrace.
- Safely serving food and drink to our guests.
- Handling customer feedback.
- Drive the sale of our food and beverage offering.
- Adhere to the H&S, Food Safety requirements of the hotel.
- Assist with the set up of the restaurant and bars for service.
- Handle cash & card payments.
