Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to manage all aspects of the kitchen to deliver an excellent guest and member experience.
- Manage food provisions, assist with guest queries, and control costs.
- Lead and work with the kitchen brigade across all areas of the kitchen.
- Support the Head Chef with creating and testing menus, and with achieving departmental targets.

- Experienced chef with strong leadership skills, passion for food, and a desire to be part of a stellar kitchen brigade.
- Ability to lead a team to produce high quality dishes that are impeccably prepared and served.
