Role Overview

The ResMax Lead EMEA will oversee the growth and development of Hilton Reservations and Customer Care’s ResMax Service in the EMEA region. ResMax is a premium reservation service provided voluntarily by HRCC, handling voice channel reservations initiated at the hotel level.

This position acts as the primary contact for ResMax in EMEA, supporting volume, revenue, and ADR targets. The role involves collaborating with regional management, onboarding new properties, maintaining relationships, and ensuring infrastructure supports ResMax growth. Travel to properties, HRCC offices, and partner locations may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategy development for new and existing ResMax business in EMEA, aligned with HRCC objectives and budgets.
  • Serve as liaison between hotels and HRCC offices, providing guidance on operational issues.
  • Identify and present new business opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate hotel promotions, updates, and training efforts.
  • Manage hotel visits, FAM trips, and webinars.
  • Represent HRCC at trade shows and leadership meetings.
  • Develop action plans for underperforming hotels and ensure database accuracy.
  • Drive projects to enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and revenue.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in hospitality, sales, or marketing.
  • 2+ years’ professional corporate experience.
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MS/MA/Master\’s Degree.
  • 5+ years’ related experience.
  • Experience with Hilton Hotels or similar major hotel brands.
