Hilton Garden Inn has taken pole position at Silverstone, the home of the British Grand Prix. Following the successful opening of the new Hilton Garden Inn, we are excited to announce that we are growing our high-performing team.

The Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone is situated directly on the Hamilton straight of Silverstone circuit, with 197 bedrooms & suites offering views of the famous asphalt that can convert into hospitality boxes during major events at the circuit. The hotel features a fitness suite, coffee shop, trackside restaurant with terrace, and a showpiece Rooftop bar.

A Guest Services Agent provides reception services to ensure an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out, including audits as required.

• You will join the Front Office team in the hotel’s reception area.
• You enjoy delivering a VIP experience to every guest, going above and beyond to make their stay memorable. You will act as the main point of contact for VIP guests, coordinating with all departments to exceed expectations.
• Are you an ambitious hotelier with experience in leading a team? Do you have a passion for exceptional customer service, excellent communication, complaint handling, and problem-solving skills? If so, this is the job for you.
