Salary: £14.86 per hour plus service charge

What will I be doing as a Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry?

  • Working alongside the award-winning pastry team creating high-quality dishes
  • Keeping all working areas clean and tidy, ensuring no cross-contamination
  • Ensuring foodstuffs are of good quality and stored correctly
  • Assisting other departments as necessary and maintaining good working relationships
  • Reporting maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues
  • Being environmentally aware

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or an experienced Commis Chef
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently or in teams
