As a Manager, Identity & Access Management, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture.

On the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team reporting to the Director, Identity & Access Management, you will support projects including the deployment of IAM tools, technology and processes to new and existing user communities within the EMEA market.

What Will I be Doing?

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

  • Identity & Access Management Operations (30%)
    • Work collaboratively across organizations for implementing, integrating and maintaining Identity and Access Management solutions to support secure authentication & authorization service for internal production infrastructure.
    • Coordinate access support activities amongst end-users, hiring managers, other business stakeholders, and responsible technology support teams.
    • Create and maintain documentation for daily operation, such as Standard Operation Procedure and Knowledge Base articles.
  • Project Management (20%)
    • Define, design, test, implement a fluid portfolio of IAM projects within the EMEA market that includes, but is not limited, to:
    • Access provisioning centralization & automation
    • Access requirements analysis, design & segregation of duties
    • Access role standardization and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
    • Access support platform adoption
    • Centralized access reporting and access review automation
    • Application integration with Identity Management & Single Sign-On
    • Application onboarding to standardized processes
  • Perform business and data analytics on IAM data using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SQL Server and other reporting tools.
  • Deploy IAM tools, technology and processes to business units servicing the EMEA Market at-large.
  • Identity Management Engineering (20%)
    • Learn and provide operational & engineering support to a variety of IAM solutions and tools, including but not limited to: Sailpoint, PingFederate, ServiceNow, Active Directory, Oracle/Ping Directory, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, Informatica, and Splunk.
    • Develop technical IAM skills to provide second and third-level engineering support on above-mentioned IAM systems to EMEA stakeholders.
    • Liaise between engineering and business teams to translate business requirements to/from engineering technical specifications.
    • Provide troubleshooting and subject matter expertise to EMEA stakeholders on IAM engineering solutions, enhancements and defects.
    • Perform data analytics on identity/access data to review user access and permissions, identify trends, analyze requirements and identify users meeting certain criteria.
  • Strategic Identity Management (15%)
    • Act as the lead representative of the global IAM team in the EMEA region while establishing the beginning of IAM services in EMEA.
    • Further develop the IAM team’s access management policies, procedures and standards.
    • Assist with the enforcement of said policies and procedures by providing guidance to EMEA stakeholders and reporting challenges & opportunities to the Americas-based IAM team.
    • Collaborate with EMEA technology leaders and stakeholders to provide IAM guidance, consultation and assistance with various technology initiatives.
    • Conduct management status reporting and creation of presentation materials.
  • Compliance and Risk Management (15%)
    • Liaise between regional and Americas-based technology team members on cross-regional activities and compliance efforts.
    • Be responsible for the planning, execution, and documentation of Cyber Security Audits including technical, administrative, and process review.
    • Provide oversight and guidance of EMEA IAM-related IT general controls, application controls, and policy adherence to EMEA stakeholders.
    • Troubleshoot identified control issues and propose/implement remediation plans in coordination with control owners.
    • Conduct certain EMEA user access certifications using data analytics routines at the direction of the Americas IAM governance lead.
  • What are we looking for?

    To fulfill this exciting and unique role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree, or associate degree (of equivalent) and the ability to demonstrate extensive experience within Technology.
    • Demonstrate a proven track record in Information Security, IAM, IT Audit or related field.
    • Experience managing or leading projects.
    • Solid grasp of general access management and information security concepts, including the Principal of Least Privilege, access appropriate to role, and segregation of duties.
    • Data analytics experience using tools such as MS Excel, SQL Server, etc.
    • Ability to manage task-load independently with minimal supervision.
    • Disciplined alignment to established information security policies & procedures and the ability to adapt where guidance is not present.
    • Proficient project management skills, including the ability to drive tasks to completion among a variety of responsible parties.
    • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
