This role will be a minimum of 2 days a week in the office, based at Hilton London Kensington. The role will be responsible for managing all aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) within UK&I Operations Finance. The scope includes the majority of Managed & Leased Hotels in the UK & Ireland, focusing on developing new tools and reviewing revenue and cost lines. The role is part of a team of 8, reporting directly to the FP&A Director, and will be key in delivering accurate performance analysis and forecasts to support business decisions.

Responsibilities include standardising financial planning processes, creating reports and analysis, and ensuring seamless integration across departments such as Accounting & Control, Hotel Operations, Revenue Management, and Commercial Finance. The candidate must be comfortable influencing at the executive level, thinking strategically, and maintaining a positive, hands-on attitude. Key stakeholders include various hotel and corporate leadership teams. The role also involves fostering a high-performing team culture.

What will an FP&A Manager (Development) do?

  • Leverage modelling and automation tools to build standard reports.
  • Produce consolidated P&L reports for UK&I.
  • Ensure forecasting accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with Accounting & Control functions for timely actual costs input.
  • Deepen understanding of hotel revenue and cost drivers for accurate forecasts.
  • Partner with Corporate FP&A to implement best practices.
  • Act as a strategic business partner and financial advisor to hotel management and ownership.
  • Develop talent to meet strategic goals.
  • Develop presentations and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Follow fire, health, and safety regulations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

What are we looking for?

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, nested formulas, VBA)
  • Ability to develop Power BI dashboards
  • 3+ years relevant experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Hotel Finance experience preferred
  • Ability to analyze large, complex financial data and create reports, forecasts, and projections
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
  • Ability to manage and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
