Public Area Cleaner to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our public and back-of-house areas.
The Person
- Pride in maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and detail
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently

- Respectful of guest privacy and professional at all times
- Flexible and adaptable to operational needs.
The Role
- Maintain public and heart-of-house areas to luxury standards
- Support a welcoming, safe and immaculate hotel environment
- Contribute to a seamless guest experience through attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with Housekeeping and wider hotel teams
- Uphold health, safety and sustainability practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain public areas in line with brand standards
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are organised and ready for use
- Report and follow up on maintenance or damage issues promptly
- Respond efficiently to guest requests and operational needs
- Adhere to lost property, safety and environmental procedures.
