We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support leadership across our venues, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence and strong commercial performance.

- Experienced in luxury food & beverage operations with strong supervisory skills
- Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated with a genuine love for hospitality
- Calm under pressure and confident in managing competing priorities

Key Responsibilities
- Delegate tasks, communicate effectively and manage team workflow
- Respond to guest queries promptly and professionally
- Support annual and mid-year appraisals for direct reports
- Maintain strong knowledge of POS systems, cash-up and rota processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
