This role can be based either in Croydon or Cobham.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
  • Process any admin related to incoming reservations, such as deposits, no-shows, and correspondence.
  • Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the team.
  • Apply a consistently executed upselling approach to room types and additional services (e.g., dinner reservations, spa).
  • Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.
  • Promote Hilton Honors enrollments.
  • Arrange and carry out accommodation-related show-arounds (if required).
  • Display a high level of admin skills, IT systems knowledge, and guest communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Sound administration background with basic skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
