Responsibilities

As a Casual Membercare Assistant, and welcoming health club environment - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Maintain a spotless environment: Perform general and deep cleaning throughout the club to uphold hygiene standards
- Support an exceptional experience: Greet members warmly and provide prompt, professional assistance as needed
- Manage incident reporting: Report lost property, accidents, maintenance needs, and other incidents in a timely manner
- Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
