As an Assistant Kitchen Manager, you are responsible for managing and training the kitchen team to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience, while maintaining food cost controls and ensuring the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and train the kitchen brigade to ensure a well-organised and motivated team.
- Ensure consistency in the quality of dishes at all times.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, Health and Safety, and stock procedures.
- Manage resources and working rotas to meet business needs.
- Support brand standards through training and assessment of your team.
- Manage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue.
- Approach food in a creative way.
Qualifications and Capabilities
- Relevant qualifications for the role.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, days, afternoons, and evenings.
Shift Pattern
- 06:00-14:00 / 10:00-18:00 / 15:00-23:00.
