At Hilton Suzuki our main aim is to delight our customers at every visit, and so to build a long-term relationship with each one. We know that exceptional attention to detail in the after-sales department leads to satisfied customers; and our customers are the most valuable asset of the business.
The successful applicant will therefore need to be comfortable working under time pressure and with a deadline for every job. You will also need to have excellent presentation and communication skills. You will need to have workshop experience of at least three years, as we have a true all-makes service department, with a significant proportion of vehicles passing through our workshop being non-Suzuki.
Essential characteristics for the successful applicant will be:
- a confident and efficient approach to servicing;
- the flexibility to also carry out general repairs.
Since you will be required to carry out road tests and other vehicle movements, you will need to have a full UK driving licence. Hilton Suzuki is a small family run business with two branches. We sell and service new Suzuki cars together with used cars of all makes. We offer an extremely competitive salary, plus a monthly bonus scheme.
Your working week will be Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.00PM and alternate Saturday mornings 8.30 to 12.30. We look forward to hearing from you if you have the characteristics, training and experience that we are looking for.
