You will form a vital link betweenour service, sales, accounts departments, because you willwork on sucha wide scope of tasks.

Responsibilities include
- Internal auditing.
- Issuing daily service and MOT reminders.
- Managingall aspects of our 2,000Service Plans.
- Processing additions and corrections to our customer database.
- Input into email and digitalmarketing material.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret customer and marketing data, to identify trends.
What We're looking for
- Proven high standard of customer service skills.
- Experienced, and confident use of, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a good sense of humour.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experienceof the Automotive Retail environment.
- CRM / DMS systems knowledge.
- Book Keeping experience

We specialise in the sale and servicing of Suzuki vehicles, alongside offering a wide selection of quality used cars.
With nearly 30 years of experience as a Suzuki dealer, we have built a large and loyal customer base that continues to grow through trust, expertise, and exceptional aftersales care.
We now have more than 2,000 of our service customers, paying monthly in advance for their servicing, via the Hilton Suzuki 'All In One' Service Plan.
As a business, we remain focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences, maintaining our position as a top-performing Suzuki dealer, and continuing to grow for the future.
Our accounting and administration team comprises three individuals, who share responsibility for both our branches.
This small but vital department depends on being mutuallysupportive, andadaptable, where knowledge is shared, and everyone pulls together.
