As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will assist in the management of daily Front Office operations and work with customers and Guests as part of a project used to demonstrate capabilities required in the hotel management sector. You will join the Front Office team, working in the Reception area of the hotel. You enjoy supervising and delivering front office operations smoothly and efficiently, dealing with guests' queries and complaints, and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.
