As our Sales & Events Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving business for one of London’s leading event destinations. Working closely with clients and colleagues across the hotel, you’ll build relationships, coordinate every detail and help deliver exceptional experiences that keep guests coming back.

Located in London’s vibrant Bankside, Hilton London Bankside is a multi-award-winning, design-led hotel renowned for exceptional guest experiences and outstanding events. Home to 292 contemporary guest rooms, award-winning OXBO Bankside restaurant, The Distillery Gin Bar and one of London’s most impressive event spaces, the hotel offers 11 flexible meeting rooms and a spectacular pillar-free ballroom accommodating up to 1,000 guests for conferences, gala dinners, product launches and celebrations.

The Role
- Manage corporate and social event enquiries, converting opportunities into confirmed bookings.
- Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service from enquiry through to handover.
- Conduct site visits and showcase our outstanding event facilities.
- Prepare proposals, contracts and event documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
- Support business development activity, helping maximise revenue and identify new opportunities.
- Contribute towards departmental targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in hotel sales, events, meetings or hospitality.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, commercially aware mindset with a passion for achieving results.
- Confidence using hotel or sales systems and Microsoft Office.
