The predicted salary is between 31650 - 40000 £ per year.

We are looking for a Site Manager to work alongside our School Business Manager in fulfilling a range of daily cleaning, maintenance and health and safety requirements across the two school sites.

  • Build relationships with all stakeholders (including external providers)
  • Use ICT to email relevant people
  • Plan ahead booking in maintenance and services to ensure compliance
  • Maintain and monitor high standards of cleaning and health and safety
  • Keep paperwork up to date to ensure compliance
  • Be prepared to work at height, e.g. climbing ladders
  • Be prepared to attend and engage fully in all necessary courses e.g. safeguarding, manual handling, fire marshal
  • Follow, contribute to and implement risk assessments

Hours will generally be 7:30 am–10:00 am and 3:15 pm–5:45 pm Monday–Friday. The role may require some flexibility. Hours during the school holidays can be altered to suit both parties.

If you have lived or worked abroad for 3 months or more in the last 5 years or 12 months or more (whether continuously or in total) in the last 10 years whilst aged 18 or over, you may need to obtain a Certificate of Good Character.
