As Group, Conference & Events Planning Executive you will be responsible for the successful event planning and overall execution of all Conference & Events that take place within the hotel. The GC&E Events Planner will interact frequently with customers and Guests to learn about their needs and develop relationships from which to earn repeat and expanded business. Assist clients in planning their events to an excellent standard Responsible for communicating with clients on a daily basis with any queries and anticipating their needs. Providing guidance and expertise on services to enhance the guest experience. Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand and materialise their needs Working with the GC&E Sales team and the Operational teams to ensure seamless communication from start to finish of the client’s event Continuously updating the system with all booking details and communication activities Enjoy working as part of a sociable team Work independently, take ownership and drive own bookings Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds and client meetings Handling the complete enquiry and planning process from start to finish including receiving and customising proposals What are we looking for?
