Assistant Night Manager

Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Night Manager at the Hilton Hotels & Resorts location in Reading. The Assistant Night Manager will oversee nightly operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and handle any issues or emergencies that arise. Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Knowledge of hotel management software and basic accounting principles.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and manage a team.
• Bachelor\\\’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
