In this role, you will support Hilton’s Europe Revenue Management team by delivering reliable reporting and driving revenue optimization across 340+ hotels.
You will work in a diverse, international RMCC to enhance tools, processes, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
The position combines analytics, reporting, and project work to elevate performance and scale best practices.

Responsibilities
- Maximise revenue, market share and profits for multiple hotels through coordinated revenue management processes
- Deliver reliable and versatile reporting packages to RMCC stakeholders
- Drive innovation within the Analyst department through project work and capability enhancements
- Create and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Support continuous improvement of tools, processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on performance metrics
- Key requirements
- Practical working experience within Data and Analytics
- Advanced Excel and strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Experience with data gathering and manipulation using VBA and/or Python and/or SQL
- Create and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Excellent communication skills – fluency in English, verbal and written
- Able to articulate and introduce change to drive continuous improvement
- Demonstrable soft skills including active listening, trust-building, and empowerment
