Overview
In this role you maximise revenue, market share and profits for multiple hotels within the RMCC Europe, coordinating revenue management processes. You will join a diverse, international team supporting 300+ hotels across the UK & Ireland and Europe, with a hybrid setup from the Watford HQ and occasional travel. You will lead the commercial strategy, analyse performance and drive forward-looking actions to optimise performance. Responsibilities
- Maximise revenue, market share and profits for multiple hotels through coordinated revenue management processes
- Lead the commercial strategy and drive revenue optimization across diverse portfolios
- Convene and steer daily/weekly commercial meetings on forward-looking issues (booking pace, performance analysis, SMART actions)
- Analyse performance data and implement actionable plans to improve outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across a global, multi-national environment
- Support career development and internal mobility within RMCC and wider Hilton corporate environment
Key requirements
- Practical experience in commercial revenue management
- Experience leading daily and weekly commercial meetings
- Advanced Excel and strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Ability to articulate change and influence stakeholders
- Strong soft skills including active listening, trust-building, and empowerment
- Leadership, planning and organizing, and influencing competencies
