Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Our Sales Manager will be an integral part of our hotel team, creatively developing our business and driving customer experience.
  • A positive energy with a proactive attitude and able to demonstrate a passion for hospitality, sales and achieving challenging goals.
  • As an advocate for our hotel, you will be at the forefront of our Sales activity and expanding customer connections.
  • Become our hotel ambassador with a strong knowledge on our offering and product, effectively finding solutions to exceed customer expectations.
  • A proactive networker with a focus on building and developing local and international contacts.
  • Engage in pro-active sales activities and networking events outside of the hotel.
  • Opportunity to challenge the norm and develop creative ways to sell and promote the hotel.
  • Showcase the hotel through innovative site inspections, sales events and familiarization trips.
  • Drive sales across all market segments including Corporate, Meetings, Incentives, Consortia & Group.
  • Manage and develop existing customer accounts to drive business into the hotel.
  • Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience.
  • Support with preparing company contracts in accordance with current business and pricing conditions.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales and the management team to create and implement sales strategy and business plan.
  • Be present in weekly commercial meetings and show strong collaboration to develop the business.
