Waldorf Astoria London - Admiralty Arch is seeking an In Room Dining Manager to join the pre-opening team for this highly anticipated new luxury hotel opening later this year. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced luxury hospitality leader to join the founding team and help shape the guest experience at this landmark hotel.
Located at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch will feature 100 elegant rooms and suites and 17,500 sqft of private residences. The hotel will open with two signature restaurants - Coreus by Clare Smyth and Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud - bringing together two of the world’s most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs. Guests will also enjoy a world-class spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and a collection of grand event spaces, including a ballroom for up to 320 guests.

As In Room Dining Manager, you will lead the In-Room Dining operation, delivering a refined, seamless dining experience for Guests and Members while optimising sales performance, developing talent, and maintaining rigorous cost control. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing clear, inspiring leadership to the Room Service team, driving operational excellence and supporting individual professional growth.
- Ensuring full compliance with all brand standards, service protocols, and quality expectations.
- Monitoring and evaluating guest satisfaction, implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the in-room dining experience.
- Staying attuned to culinary and service trends, proactively contributing ideas to elevate the range, presentation, and quality of Food & Beverage offerings.
- Driving revenue optimisation while maintaining disciplined cost control and identifying opportunities for efficiency.
- Developing and managing achievable budgets, forecasts, and short- and long-term departmental objectives.
- Partnering closely with the Learning & Development team to ensure structured, ongoing training through comprehensive training calendars.
- Maintaining a robust internal control environment, ensuring full compliance with hotel and company policies and procedures.
