Become the go‑to person for insider tips, recommendations and “don’t-miss” moments.
  • Sales, Spark & Subtle Persuasion - Confidently sell the experience - menus, vibes, cocktails, specials, the whole tasty package. Drive walk-ins, encourage bookings and keep the covers rolling. Read guests quickly and tailor your pitch like a pro. Support occupancy, covers and spend per head through charm, timing and great conversation.
  • Brand Personality & Presence - Be a walking, talking ambassador for our restaurant and bar. Look sharp, stylish and on-brand. Bring energy, warmth and personality that reflects the soul of our venues. Stay on top of menus, cocktails, events, promos and what's hot right now.
  • Dream-Team Collaboration - Work seamlessly with Front Office and Venue Managers to manage flow and maximise opportunity. Share guest insights, preferences and feedback with Food & Drink and Culinary teams. Smoothly manage expectations and support service recovery when needed. Be adaptable, solution-focused and always guest-first.

Skills and Experience:

  • Essential - Experience in hospitality, sales or guest-facing roles. A natural ability to engage, influence and connect with people. Confident, polished communicator with great verbal skills. Comfortable approaching guests proactively. Genuine passion for food, drink and hospitality culture.
  • Desirable - Upselling or sales experience in hospitality or retail. Solid knowledge of food, wine, cocktails and bar culture. Experience in luxury, lifestyle or high-energy environment.
