Overview
In this role you drive new commercial opportunities for Hart Shoreditch, building a strong network to convert connections into revenue across Rooms, Events, F&B and Marketing.
You’ll work with the Commercial Director to generate local and international opportunities, host engagements, and strengthen the hotel’s brand through partnerships.
This is a client-facing, revenue-focused position in a dynamic boutique hotel environment.
You’ll be part of Hilton’s inclusive culture and contribute to growth with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Drive revenue opportunities across key segments (Groups & Events, Restaurant & Bar, Business Travel, Consortia)
- Generate new business via calls, networking, meetings, trade shows, and events domestically and internationally
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, agencies and local businesses
- Maximise leads, conversion, repeat business and future opportunities across segments
- Organise show rounds, client entertainment, and fam trips for prospecting and account development
- Collaborate with Marketing & Partnerships to develop local collaborations and initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and demand; identify new sales opportunities
- Provide regular reporting on sales activity, pipeline, leads, conversion and ROI
- Prepare monthly business reviews and maintain accurate sales reporting
