In charge of setting up the social media strategy and calendar for the hotel.

Develops and executes promotions campaign or posts related to F&B, weddings, rooms and conferences.

Track, analyze, and report on the impact of all activities implemented on social media.

Work with photographers, videographers and influencers to create high-quality promotional content.

Verify the Hotel's website and related websites are updated on a regular basis.

Make sure online platforms reflect the hotel positioning and showcase the property's unique selling point.

Partners with the Commercial Director to create a marketing plan aligned to hotel sales and revenue strategy.

Assist in the planning and execution of hotel events and promotional activities.

Lead market research efforts to understand competitor strategy.

Keep informed on competitors' latest trends and positioning.

Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve future marketing efforts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree or experience in lieu.
  • Significant work experience in related roles.
  • Fluent in English, verbal and writing skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry preferred in Sales, Marketing, Revenue or Operating roles.
  • Supervisory experience would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
