Its service-delivery model includes Hilton centralised offices in the UK and USA, supported by shared services centres in India operated by a world-class business process outsourcing partner.The role is responsible for producing trusted performance reporting, KPI analysis and actionable insights that help HAFS leaders understand service delivery, identify improvement opportunities and support a consistent customer-focused experience across assigned functional areas.The Senior Analyst, HAFS Performance Governance, will be responsible for assigned day-to-day activities within the HAFS Performance Governance function. The role will provide metric and KPI reporting, data analytics and insight to support a customer promise-led delivery model.Position SummaryUnder the direction and guidance of the Manager, HAFS Performance Governance, the post holder will play a key role in executing HAFS’s metric reporting and analytics strategy to support delivery against business requirements. They will help provide a seamless, efficient and customer-focused experience that maximises output without compromising service quality. The post holder will assume day-to-day responsibility for delivering performance metric and KPI reporting and analytics for assigned HAFS functional areas. This will require meticulous attention to detail, the ability to interpret key business drivers within a shared services environment and a strong background in data analytics.Success in the role will depend on the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with business partners at various organisational levels, both internally and with external stakeholders. The post holder will need awareness of relevant projects, the ability to manage multiple tasks and the discipline to deliver against deadlines.
