We are recruiting for a Hotel Reservations Agent for our Inbound Hotel Reservations Contact Centre at our Head Office near Lancaster city centre.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls and emails, processing reservations accurately in Clarity and other systems.
- Offer comprehensive property, product, and service information, and proactively suggest resort options to enhance guests' vacation experience.
- Complete outbound call campaigns effectively, adhering to SOPs.
- Maintain data security and respond to email and callback requests promptly.
- Resolve customer issues by researching, identifying solutions, and following up.
- Follow QA standards, participate in training, and contribute to team meetings.
- Report system issues promptly to support team efficiency.
- Adhere to shift schedules, assist in onboarding new team members, and support global projects as needed.
