HOURS: 35 per week on average, shift pattern of 5 on and 5 off
SALARY: £12.80 per hour
Woodford Bridge Country Club is a world-class resort located in the picturesque village of Milton Damerel, Holsworthy, UK. We are currently seeking an exceptionally talented individual to join our team as a Night Receptionist. This unique opportunity allows you to work on a 5 nights on/5 nights off basis, from 11pm to 8am. As part of the industry leader in holiday ownership, you will have access to a range of benefits, including use of the leisure club, perks at work membership, and discounted stays at other resorts.
Job Responsibilities
- Check in late arrivals and ensure a flawless experience for our guests
- Respond efficiently and professionally to guest queries, complaints, and requests, ensuring their needs are met to the highest standard
- Take full responsibility for the smooth running of the Resort overnight, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Provide world-class customer service throughout the guests\’ stay, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations
- Perform night audit procedures and handle cash payments and float, strictly adhering to company standards
