Join Our Growing European Revenue Management Team! Are you analytical, detail‑driven, and ready to develop a rewarding career in Revenue Management? We’re looking for a Revenue Analyst to join our dynamic Yield & Inventory team, supporting key European properties and playing a crucial role in driving occupancy, rate optimisation, and overall revenue performance.
As a front‑line operator within the Revenue team, you’ll help shape pricing strategies, forecast demand, analyse performance trends, and collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments to support revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working with data, and creating meaningful insights that guide business decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct regular data analysis and rate reviews to optimise revenue performance
- Produce weekly nights and revenue forecasts for a rolling 12‑month period
- Maintain an events calendar, rate spreadsheets, and additional channel documentation
- Monitor booking pace, inventory, occupancy, historical trends, and the competitive set, recommending strategic actions
- Load and update rates in systems including Clarity, OnQ, Channel Managers, OTAs, and extranets
- Create and maintain ad‑hoc Excel tools, dashboards (Power BI), and reporting
- Analyse competitor pricing and maintain rate parity across all third‑party channels
- Support the Revenue Manager in fostering a strong revenue management culture
- Participate in stakeholder review calls to discuss rate changes, restrictions, and performance updates
- Assist with annual room merchandising plans and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- High School education with strong Maths and English
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Full driving licence

Location
This role will initially be fully office based. After successfully completing the probationary period, the role will transition to a hybrid working model, with two days working from home and three days in the office each week.
