Thurnham Hall Resort is seeking a Resort Coordinator to join our team. This role offers a flexible working pattern and a range of incredible benefits.

Location: Thurnham, LA2 0DT

Hours: 40 per week

Salary: £12.96 per hour

Main Job Duties:

  • Creating and sending daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Being the sole person responsible for any ad hoc duties required by the Resort Manager and other Heads of Department
  • Providing a smooth and comprehensive administrative service
  • Planning, organising and prioritising own workload

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in an Administrative role
  • The ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good computer skills (proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work on your own initiative
  • A ‘can do’ and positive approach

The role requires the successful candidate to work five days over seven, including evening and weekend work on a shift/rota basis.
