Reporting to the Head of Housekeeping, the main job duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Clean the accommodation units and communal areas of the resort efficiently and effectively to the high standards expected
- Replenish supplies in the accommodations as required
- Changing bedding and towels
- Dealing with guest requests quickly and professionally
Skills and experience required to fulfil the role include:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- The ability to multi-task and work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Will be flexible and willing to help others
- Conscientious, hardworking and have a 'can do' and positive approach
The role demands 18 hours of work per week, including weekends and Bank Holidays, on a rotating shift basis. Own transport is required due to the location of the resort.
