We're looking for four hardworking Accounts Receivable Support Administrators to join our friendly team in Lancaster during our annual billing season. This temporary opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy administration, customer service and working as part of an encouraging team.
As part of our Accounts Receivable and Collections team, you'll play a meaningful role in supporting our European members by processing payments, maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Be Doing
In this varied role, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing direct debit instructions using our internal systems
- Processing credit and debit card payments
- Receiving and processing cheque payments and preparing banking batches
- Supporting members via telephone, email and post
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information within company databases
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Sending advance notices and loan agreements following direct debit setup
- Carrying out a range of administrative tasks to support the Portfolio Services Department
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative environment is preferred but not crucial.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
- Has excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Enjoys delivering excellent customer service
- Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing
- Can balance multiple tasks and remain focused in a lively environment
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
Working Hours and Salary
37 hours per week
Temp role for up to 3 months (November 2026-January 2027)
Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 5:30pm and Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Including 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Salary - £25,187.66 pro rata

This role is based at our Lancaster office. Interviews are scheduled to take place in October, with successful candidates expected to commence employment on 2 November 2026.
