Responsibilities
- Conducting daily inspections of units to ensure they meet our strict quality standards.
- Playing a key role in the induction and training of new and existing team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion.
- Mentoring new and existing team members, ensuring they understand and embody our company culture.
- Ensuring the efficient use of products and materials by all team members, strictly following sustainability guidelines.
- Leading by example at all times, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continual improvement.
- Being a great teammate, supporting your department and the resort as a whole.
- Assigning accommodations to each team member.
Skills And Experience Required To Fulfil The Role Include
- Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role is crucial.
- The ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
