To support the day-to-day operations of the business by assisting with team onboarding, coordinating accommodation operations, maintaining high service standards, and supporting to deliver exceptional owner, guest and team member experiences.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Resort Manager, the main job duties are to support the day-to-day operations of the business by assisting with team onboarding, coordinating accommodation operations, maintaining high service standards, and supporting to deliver exceptional owner, guest and team member experiences.

  • Assist with the onboarding of new team members, ensuring all required documentation and training are completed.
  • Coordinate and manage staff uniforms, including issuing, tracking, and maintaining inventory.
  • Conduct team member inductions and ensure employees understand company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Create, update, and maintain room maps and accommodation layouts.

  • Coordinate room allocations to maximise occupancy and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct routine room inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and presentation standards are consistently met.
  • Respond to and resolve complaints raised by owners, members and guests staying at the resort promptly, professionally, and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and a positive outcome.
  • Facilitate and participate in Meet the Manager sessions, engaging with owners and guests to gather feedback, build relationships, and enhance the guest experience.
  • Support the daily operation of the property, including supervising staff, monitoring service delivery, handling operational issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, including onboarding documentation, room allocations, inspections, and incident reports.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient communication and smooth daily operations.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as required.
