The scope of responsibilities includes:
- Operational management of the hotel (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, SPA)
- Responsibility for budget delivery and cost control
- Weekly monitoring of operational and financial performance
- Optimization of productivity and staffing structure
- Cooperation with the management board in business decision-making
- Team development and organizational stabilization
- Supervision of administrative and compliance areas
- Cooperation with the technical department regarding investments and renovation projects

Key Operational Qualities include:
- Exceptionally high attention to cleanliness standards and operational details

Financial Package includes a competitive base salary and a substantial annual performance bonus representing a significant portion of total annual compensation, based on budget achievement.
As a Deputy General Manager, we are looking for a person who:
- Has a minimum of 5 years of director-level experience in an international or chain hotel environment (General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Operations Director, Rooms Division Manager)
- Has experience managing a property with 80-250 rooms
- Has a strong understanding of operational finance (P&L, cost control, cash flow management)
- Preferably has at least basic practical knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
- Is analytical, process-oriented, and data-driven
- Demonstrates high personal culture and maturity in team management
- Is mentally resilient and consistent under pressure
- Is open to new technologies, including AI and process optimization
Personality Profile:
- Calm, balanced, and not driven by the need for personal exposure
- A natural and quiet authority
- Results-oriented, but without an aggressive management style
- Able to work closely with the management board in a high-responsibility environment
