We are currently looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant.

Your role:

You will work closely with the food and beverage leadership team in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the Hotel and the satisfaction of guests.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all tables are set and ready for welcoming guests at all times
• Ensuring that all guests’ orders are taken and executed in a timely manner
• Ensuring that cleanliness is kept at the highest standards at all times in the Food and Beverage area
• Having good knowledge of the food and beverage menu
• Responding to guests’ queries on the menu selection
• Communicating any guests’ questions on the menu, the length of wait and product availability

Previous restaurant or bar experience in a busy environment is preferred but not essential. Excellent personal presentation and a good understanding of food hygiene and health are required. You must have the ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision and possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach is essential.
