The Role
As Operations Manager, you'll work alongside the General Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the hotel, with a particular focus on commercial performance and guest experience across all operational departments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching and motivating heads of department across front office, food & beverage, and housekeeping to deliver consistent, brand-standard service.
- Working closely with the General Manager to set and drive commercial targets, tracking performance and adjusting operational plans accordingly.
- Ensuring guest experience remains seamless across every touchpoint, resolving escalations and maintaining brand standards throughout.
- Collaborating with department heads to maximise commercial results while managing costs and rota efficiency.
- Maintaining a safe, secure and compliant environment for guests and team members.
- Supporting recruitment, development and engagement of the wider team, helping build a culture people want to stay in.
