You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into compliant, finishable specifications that support right-first-time artwork. The position offers development opportunities, a strong focus on product integrity and customer service. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li competitive holiday allowance /li li Life assurance (2x salary) /li li Development and internal promotion opportunities /li li Share Save scheme /li li Free on-site parking /li li Enhanced Maternity/Paternity /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Support and maintain manufacturing specifications aligned to finished product specifications /li li Create and maintain accurate customer specifications on relevant platforms /li li Collaborate with concept, process and technical teams to gather and interpret specification data /li li Generate right-first-time specifications for artwork /li li Ensure all specifications and artwork comply with policy, legislation and customer guidelines /li li Create and validate own-brand specifications and pack copies /li li Cross-check and maintain live factory specifications with NPD outputs /li li Oversee raw material, factory, QAS and finished product specifications for accuracy and alignment /li li Prepare internal and customer reports related to specifications /li li Maintain a specification tracker showing status and review deadlines /li li Provide cover for other Technical administration team members as needed /li li Manage specifications, labels, packaging artwork and legal compliance for raw materials and finished products /li li Submit packaging artwork and MSC claims for formal approval /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience with retailer specification systems (TQC, WPP advantageous) /li li Knowledge of Stage-Gate or similar gated process steps /li li General understanding of factory processes and documentation /li li Ability to prioritise changing workloads /li li Excellent IT and communication skills /li li Attention to detail /li li Strong numeracy and literacy /li li Methodical and highly organized approach /li li Ability to work to deadlines with understanding of critical paths /li li Food safety awareness /li li Experience dealing with customers (internal and external) /li li Clear communication and tenacious work style /li li Ability to work independently and in a team /li li Understanding of customer needs and providing excellent customer service /li /ul ul li Attention to detail /li li Strong communication /li li Organised and methodical /li li Retailer specification systems (TQC, WPP) /li li Stage-Gate or similar gated process /li li Specification management and tracking /li /ul
